1.Goddess Glow ™ Rewards Program
1.1 These terms and conditions including the
Agreement Details (and defined terms therein and herein) (Agreement) govern the relationship between the Goddess Glow ™ (Salon, online shop, us or we) and the client (you) in relation to your Rewards Program in respect of services provided to you by the Goddess Glow ™ (website/ shop). If the terms of this Agreement differ from anything you are told at the Goddess Glow ™ or over the phone, the terms of this Agreement will apply, unless written confirmation is received from Goddess Glow ™.
1.2 Subject to compliance with this Agreement and the availability of Retail at Goddess Glow ™, your Rewards Program permits you to use the Goddess Glow ™ Rewards Program in accordance with the Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption.
1.3 During the term of this Agreement, you may purchase any of the Goddess Glow ™ retail available on the online shop discount as outlined in Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption.
1.4 By entering into this Agreement, you agree that:
(a) your use of the Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption. Are subject to retail availability, Goddess Glow ™ trading hours and Goddess Glow ™ normal online ordering procedures;
(b) Goddess Glow ™ makes no warranty that any Goddess Glow ™ Retail or that Goddess Glow ™ trading hours will not change; Goddess Glow ™ has the right to refuse a Retail Product which will damage hair or skin or cause a reaction, with verbal explanation; and (d) you must provide Goddess Glow ™ with any changes to your details which are relevant to your Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption. as soon as possible in writing to sales@goddessglow.com.au

2 Goddess Glow Rewards and Perks
2.1 Signing to Goddess Glow Rewards Program enables you to automatically earn rewards points for each $1.00 spent on Goddess Glow online shop. ($1.00 = 1 point) points will be earned on keune retail. Money spent on these services per transaction.
2.2 Birthday Calendar Month = 1 Complimentary Retail Hair Product to be redeemed in birth month. Valid for birthday month only.
2.3 Redeem points on Keune Retail

● Leaving a review on Facebook
● Leaving a review on our website
● Purchasing Keune Retail From website
● Refer a friend – to salon
● Referred friend- visits the salon
● Referred friend- signed up to membership
● Sign up to a Membership
2.5 Points will be accumulated for the duration of 12 months (1 year from sign up) or until redeemed
2.6 Points can not be transferred between client accounts or between clients
2.7 Points are not redeemable on gift vouchers, cash, deposits or refunds
2.8 Points are not redeemable on Goddess Glow Merchandise, GHD appliances, naked tan retail, hair extensions or youngblood cosmetics.

3.Fair Play Policy
3.1. The fair play policy set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (Fair Play Policy) is provided as a guide to our expectations of your use of the goddess Glow ™ Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption
3.2. By entering into this Agreement, you agree to abide by the Fair Play Policy.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse Reward Perks, Entitlements and Redemption or cancel your rewards membership if we deem that you are not playing fairly or are abusing your Rewards Program: Perks, Entitlements and Redemption.

4.Exit Rewards Program
4.1 You may terminate your Rewards Program: Perks, Entitlements and Redemption.
If you decide to terminate the Rewards Program: Perks, Entitlements and Redemption, you must fill out Exit Rewards Program form Goddess Glow ™ will receive this as an email and cancel your rewards.
4.2 Please allow up to 7days from submission of the exit rewards program form for your rewards to be cancelled.
4.3 Please note that all rewards & points will be forfeited upon submission of exit rewards program form.
