GODDESS GLOW ™  BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

A booking deposit is required for any appointment/ booking for services including colour, foils, extensions, nails, ect. If you are not able to pay the Booking Deposit at the time of booking or on request at Goddess Glow ™ Salon, your requested appointment will not be able to be made.

Booking Deposits can only be made by credit/debit card over phone booking or for all online booking deposits will be prompted when booking. Goddess Glow ™ Salon DOES NOT retain or hold credit card details we use a third party called stripe which is a secure site. Booking Deposits are NOT fees, the deposit is yours to utilise at your appointment or roll over to your following appointment, applied to your salon account and are non refundable as cash or bank transfer the deposit can be utilised in salon, as a salon credit only. 

  • Upon booking your appointment you will receive a text message asking you to accept our terms in doing so confirms your booking via a credit or debit card deposit, If these details have not been collected then your appointment is not confirmed. Please note: Your appointment is NOT CONFIRMED unless the Booking Deposit is paid. Goddess Glow will call to confirm your details upon failure to collect deposit and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without notice.

Salon services over 1hr $100.00

Salon services under 1hr 100% of requested service up front.

Excluding Members: A booking deposit is required for any booking allocated to all goddess glow services.

+ CANCELLATION POLICY –including members Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know as will we if we are running behind- we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service you have requested, we will let you know what we have time to do in this situation in which case you may need to make another booking. If you are later than 15 mins to a scheduled appointment without notice we will class this as a NO SHOW. 

+ APPOINTMENT TIMES & NO SHOW –including members  we reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous, respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we require at least 24 hoursʼ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hoursʼ notice will result in the BOOKING DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED (case by case basis). This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the booked service. SAME DAY CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING will be charged 100% to 50% of the service (case by case). Members- will forfeit their monthly appointment. 

Reminder Service:  We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hrs prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘Yesʼ or cancel with ‘No’ and ring for a new appointment, or we will call to confirm that you have cancelled your appointment . We endeavour to contact via phone or alternative methods should you not reply the DAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If no message is returned, no text or email confirmation, your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED and your BOOKING DEPOSIT forfeited. Goddess Glow ™  Salon reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments and the cancellation policy listed above will apply.

‘No showsʼ or less than 24 hour notice of change will result in the BOOKING DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED (case by case basis). Failure to reply to booking reminders is NOT considered a cancellation and cancellation policy applies.

+ Our Guarantee: Goddess Glow ™ Salon will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service. However, if the result doesn’t present as discussed, Goddess Glow Salon will rectify at no extra charge, providing you contact the salon within the first three days after your appointment home hair care products must be purchased in order to guarantee our services. If you are unhappy with the results by choice, Goddess Glow ™ Salon will be happy to book you in for a re-work at the usual pricing rates. Responsibility for Children & Personal Items for the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that children are accompanied by adults at all times and carefully monitored. Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the guest.

+ IMPORTANT- When attending your appointment please wear appropriate clothing, nothing of high value, as items of clothing can get damaged during the process. We will not be held liable for any damages to clothing.
