GODDESS GLOW ™  BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

A booking deposit is required for any session booked for any of the services provided by Goddess Glow ™ Salon.

Booking Deposits can only be made by credit/debit card via our online booking system FRESHA upon your booking you will be prompted via text message/ email to complete the confirmation of booking and New Guest Form. Goddess Glow ™ Salon DOES NOT retain or hold credit card details we use a third party called stripe which is a secure site. Booking Deposits are NOT fees, the deposit is yours to utilise at your appointment or roll over to your following appointment, applied to your salon account and are nonrefundable as cash or bank transfer, the deposit can be utilised in the salon, as a salon credit only. 

Upon booking your appointment you will receive a text message/ email asking you to accept our terms in doing so confirms your booked session, if these details have not been collected then your appointment is not confirmed. Please note: Your appointment is NOT CONFIRMED unless the Booking Deposit is paid. Failure to collect the booking deposit we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without notice.

Booking & Deposits Excluding Members: A booking deposit is required for any bookings outside of membership sessions. 

REMINDER SERVICE:  We offer an SMS/ Email reminder service which is sent to you as confirmation of your booked session and then again 48 hrs prior to your booked session. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm your booking in the form of a Deposit if we do not receive that confirmation deposit on the day of booking, we will cancel your appointment.

Goddess Glow ™ Salon reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments and the cancellation policy will apply.

‘No showsʼ or less than 48-hour notice for booked sessions will result in the BOOKING DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED (case by case basis). Failure to reply to booking reminders is NOT considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy applies.

+ SESSION TIMES & NO SHOWs -including members We reserve your session especially for you; therefore, we request that you be courteous, respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. 

To best utilise session times for all clients we require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Less than 48 hoursʼ notice will result in the BOOKING DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED (case by case basis). This also applies to drastic appointment changes to the session you are booked in for. “No Shows” will be charged 50% of the total booked service or the deposit will be forfeited. 

SAME DAY CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING will be charged 50% of the service or the deposit will be forfeited. Members- will forfeit their monthly appointment. 

+ CANCELLATION POLICY -including members Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know as we will  if we are running behind- we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service you have requested, we will let you know what we have time to do in this situation in which case you may need to make another booking. If you are later than 15 mins to a scheduled appointment without notice we will give you a courtesy call upon no answer or call back, we will class this as a NO SHOW. 

+ Our Guarantee: Goddess Glow ™ Salon will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service. However, if the result doesn’t present as discussed, Goddess Glow Salon will rectify at no extra charge, providing you contact the salon within the first three days after your appointment. Recommended home hair care products must be purchased in order to guarantee our services. If you are unhappy with the results, Goddess Glow ™ Salon will be happy to book you in for a redo session, only please note we do not offer refunds or exchanged for any products and services at Goddess Glow ™ Salon however a redo session or salon credit will be available to you . 

+ IMPORTANT- Responsibility for Children & Personal Items for the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that children are accompanied by adults at all times and carefully monitored. Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the guest. When attending your appointment please wear appropriate clothing, nothing of high value, as items of clothing can get damaged during the process. We will not be held liable for any damages to clothing. We pride ourselves on offering “the best salon experience you’ll ever have”, and these policies have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your total Goddess Glow ™ Salon experience.
