Rituals Program – Terms & Conditions (2026)

These Terms & Conditions govern all participation in the Goddess Glow™ Rituals Program, including Ritual Access, Ritual Rewards, and the Goddess Ritual ongoing care structure.

They apply to all services, retail purchases, memberships and gift vouchers purchased from Goddess Glow™ (“Salon”, “we”, “us”) by the guest (“you”).

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Goddess Glow Rituals Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

Guest means the individual receiving services.

Session means any booked appointment time.

Ritual Access means the annual activation granting access to loyalty benefits.

Ritual Rewards means the loyalty points and tier system.

Goddess Ritual means the ongoing care structure with held monthly sessions.

Start Date means the date your Rituals Program commences.

2. RITUAL ACCESS (ANNUAL ACTIVATION)

2.1 Ritual Access is an annual activation fee required to participate in the Goddess Glow Rituals experience.

2.2 Ritual Access:

• Is priced at $99 per 12-month period
• Is linked to your individual guest profile
• Is non-transferable
• Is valid for 12 months from activation date

2.3 Ritual Access provides access to:

• Ritual Rewards loyalty points
• 10% off full-price retail and selected sessions
• Priority booking windows and exclusive releases

2.4 Ritual Access is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. RITUAL REWARDS (LOYALTY PROGRAM)

3.1 Guests earn 1 Ritual Point for every $1 spent on eligible services and retail purchases.

3.2 Points:

• Accumulate toward tier status and rewards
• Are linked to the individual guest profile
• Cannot be transferred or shared
• Hold no cash value

3.3 Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned if not redeemed.

4. TIERS & STATUS

4.1 Ritual Rewards tiers include:

• I’m a Goddess
• Goddess Glow
• The Crowned Goddess
• Eternal Goddess

4.2 Tier perks vary and may include complimentary services, birthday gifts, priority access and exclusive offers.

4.3 Once achieved, Eternal Goddess status is retained indefinitely.

5. GODDESS RITUAL (ONGOING CARE STRUCTURE)

5.1 The Goddess Ritual is an ongoing hair care structure designed to support consistency and intentional maintenance.

5.2 It includes:

• One held session per month
• Personalised services based on your selected Ritual
• Ritual Access automatically included
• 10% off full-price retail and selected sessions
• Priority booking and seasonal enhancements

5.3 Payment options may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly as agreed at enrolment.

5.4 The Goddess Ritual is an ongoing membership arrangement and does not automatically expire after 12 months.

6. PAYMENTS

6.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6.2 Payments are processed via the Salon’s nominated payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

6.3 You agree to:

• Maintain sufficient funds
• Keep billing details up to date
• Authorise automatic debits

6.4 Dishonoured payments may result in:

• Suspension of benefits
• Cancellation of sessions
• Late or dishonour fees

7. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

7.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

7.2 Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in:

• Forfeiture of that session
• Loss of that month’s entitlement
• Suspension of benefits

7.3 Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of program participation.

8. SUSPENSION

8.1 Membership may be suspended once per calendar year for up to one calendar month.

8.2 Suspension requests must be made in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.

8.3 During suspension, sessions and benefits are paused.

9. TERM & TERMINATION (ONGOING MEMBERSHIP)

9.1 Your membership continues on an ongoing basis until valid written notice is provided.

9.2 You may cancel your membership by providing a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice.

9.3 Notice must be submitted in writing and is effective from the date it is received by Goddess Glow.

9.4 Your membership, payments and entitlements continue during the 60-day notice period.

9.5 Upon expiry of the 60-day notice period:

• All membership benefits cease
• All future sessions are cancelled
• No further payments will be taken

9.6 Any unused sessions, benefits or rewards remaining at the end of the notice period are forfeited and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

9.7 Cancellation does not entitle the guest to a refund of any fees already paid.

10. TERMINATION BY GODDESS GLOW

10.1 Goddess Glow may terminate participation immediately if:

• Payments fail
• Abuse or misuse of benefits occurs
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows occur
• These Terms & Conditions are breached

10.2 Outstanding monies remain payable up to the termination date.

11. EXCLUSIONS

Points and rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on:

• Gift vouchers
• Discounted or promotional services
• Hair extensions and extension hair
• Third-party branded retail
• Packages or bundles
• Sessions outside Ritual or Loyalty terms

12. NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES

Services

12.1 Services are non-refundable once delivered.

Products

12.2 Retail products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind.

Gift Vouchers

12.3 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

13. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13.2 Remedies apply only where goods or services:

• Are faulty
• Are not as described
• Are unsafe
• Are not delivered with due care and skill

13.3 Change of mind, personal preference or incorrect choice does not constitute a fault.

14. GIFT VOUCHERS (NSW COMPLIANT)

14.1 Gift vouchers are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of purchase in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

14.2 Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

14.3 Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period.

14.4 Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.

15. PROGRAM CHANGES

15.1 Goddess Glow reserves the right to:

• Change pricing
• Adjust perks or tiers
• Amend program structures
• Update exclusions
• Withdraw programs

15.2 Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

16. GENERAL

16.1 All benefits are linked to individual guest profiles only and may not be shared or transferred.

16.2 Loyalty points and rewards have no monetary value.

16.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

16.4 Participation in the Goddess Glow Rituals Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

DECLARATION

I acknowledge that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate in the Goddess Glow™ Rituals Program in accordance with them.
